Dowry death: *Bodily injury relating to forensic medicine

Dowry death:
*Bodily injury caused by husband or relative which lead to death comes under dowry death and punished under IPC 304 B.
*IPC section 304 B States whenever any death of a woman is caused by any burns or bodily injury or occurs otherwise done under normal circumstances within seven years of her marriage and it is shown that soon before her death she was subjected to cruelty or harassment by her husband or any relative of her husband or in connection with,any demand for body such death shall be called "dowry death" and search husband or relative shall be deemed to have caused her death.
*Whoever commits dowry death shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than seven years and it may extend to life time imprisonment.
Cruel behaviour towards wife by husband or his relatives punished by IPC 498 A.
IPC Section 498 a states that whoever being husband or relative subject women to cruelty shall be punished with imprisonment of upto three years with or without fine.
Section 416 if a women sentenced to death is found to be pregnant the high court shall order the execution of the sentence to be postponed and may if it thinks fit commute the sentence to improvement for life.
Section 413 execution of order passed under section 368 when a case submitted to the high court for the confirmation of a sentence of death the court of session receives the order of confirmation or other the order of the high court there on it shall cause such order to be carried into effect by issuing warrant for taking such other steps as may be necessary.
Section 414 execution of sentence of death passed by High Court when a sentence of death is passed by the high court in appeal or in revision the court of session shall on receiving the order of the High Court cause the sentence to be carried into effect by issuing a warrant.
Section 419 direction of warrant for execution everywhere and for the execution of a sentence of imprisonment shall be directed to the officer in charge of the jail or other place in which the Prisoner is ordered is,or is to be, confined.
NOTE-: Masturbation is an offence only when practiced openly, example,in Telephone booths,Bus stands,Railway stations, Airports, On Roads,Laboratories.etc.But we should always keep it in mind that it is harmful/injurious to our health.
