Dowry death: *Bodily injury caused by husband or relative which lead to death comes under dowry death and punished under IPC 304 B. *IPC section 304 B States whenever any death of a woman is caused by any burns or bodily injury or occurs otherwise done under normal circumstances within seven years of her marriage and it is shown that soon before her death she was subjected to cruelty or harassment by her husband or any relative of her husband  or in connection with,any demand for body such death shall be called "dowry death" and search husband or relative shall be deemed to have caused her death. *Whoever commits dowry death shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than seven years and it may extend to life time imprisonment.  भारतीय दंड संहिता:आधिपत्य से अभिप्राय   " आधिपत्य से अभिप्राय यहाँ मध्यवर्ती ( mediate ) अथवा तात्कालिक ( immediate ) दोनों प्रकार के आधिपत्य से हैl यहाँ यह उल्लेखनीय है कि इस धारा में प्रयुक्त शब्द ' सम्पत्ति ' से अभिप्राय मूर्त अचल सम्पति ' ( immovable corporeal property ) से है न कि अमूर्त सम्पति ( incorporeal property ) सेl  2.यदि प्रवेश विधिपूर्ण हो , तो ऐसी सम्पत्ति पर अविधिपूर्णतया बना रहना यदि किसी सम्पति में या पर विधिपूर्ण तरीके से प्रवेश किया जाता है तो आपराधिक अतिचार का अपराध गठित नहीं होता । लेकिन यदि ऐसे प्रवेश किये जाने के पश्चात् वहां अविधिपूर्णतया ( unlawfully ) बना रहा जाता है , तो वह आपराधिक अतिचार का रूप ले लेता है ।  3. कोई अपराध कारित करने के आशय में प्रवेश करना या अविधिपूर्णतया बने रहना आपराधिक अतिचार का तीसरा महत्वपूर्ण तत्व है कोई अपराध कारित करने के आसे प्रवेश करना अथवा अविधिपूर्णतया वहाँ बने रहना । जहाँ किसी बैंक के कर्मचारियों ने कार्यालय में प्रवेश कर दिन भर शान्तिपूर्ण तरीके से ' कलम रोको ' हड़ताल की तथा बैंक के उच्च अधिकारी द्वारा...
